What is Beehive Talk?
Beehive Talk started from a simple idea: talent is everywhere, opportunity isn't. Malawi has a young, educated population with limited access to paid work that matches their skills- so we built a platform that connects them directly with people abroad who want a genuine, human connection, not just a lesson.
Every booking is a small act of trade rather than charity: you get real conversation and cultural insight, your host gets fair, dignified income, and the profits flow back into bursaries that keep the next generation in school. It's a simple loop, but it's one that works.

Every lesson fee is shared three ways: part of it supports Seibo's school feeding programme in Malawi, part goes directly to your host as fair pay for meaningful work, and the rest funds educational scholarships- covering school fees, books, and uniforms from Early Years through to Tertiary education.
